Lopez-Guerra Construction, LLC is an SBA certified 8(a) and Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) general contractor based out of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Although we were established in 2020, our team has had a strong and reputable presence working in the construction industry for over 40 years in the State of New Mexico.
Our team has several years of experience working on various projects across the state of New Mexico, including government projects, and we have developed a deep understanding of the unique procedures and requirements associated with working such projects. Our familiarity with the federal government’s operations and protocols ensures seamless integration of our construction activities with the ongoing missions.

Our team has successfully completed numerous projects across the state of New Mexico, both local and government, encompassing various trades such as demolition, site work, excavation, cast-in-place concrete, masonry, structural steel, electrical, mechanical (including HVAC), painting, carpentry, roofing, millwork, road repair, and other specialty and general contracting work.
We are well equipped to manage multiple projects, ensuring efficient construction scheduling, accurate cost estimating, stringent quality control, and seamless coordination of subcontractors. We hold all the necessary licenses, permits, registrations, and certificates to perform the work, while also ensuring our subcontractors meet the same standards.
